BELTS

How about the belt sizes?
In general the lady belt sizes vary from size 115 upto size 70.
There are however some worked belts only available in size 95. Men's sizes are in general between 105 and 115 cm.

What quality are the belts made of ?
All belts are made with a premium soft leather quality, often from Italy or Spain. Calfleather or buffalo.

Are the belts adjustable?
Yes, most of the belts are adjustable because of our self adjusting screw system. You can adjust the belt yourself as a shop easely with a rotary punch.Just cut off the belt to the right sizing and make a whole with the rotary punch, and then attach the flap over it agin with a screwdriver.very easy to do.
This is not possible with the button worked belts with pattern. These kind of belts must be ordered in the available sizes.

What colors are available?
Depending of the seasons and collection , please email us for the available leathers and colors.

Can I exchange the buckle on another belt strap?
Yes you can !
You can just order another loose buckle or loose belt strap if you want to .
So if you ordered a complete belt with a buckle, you just can order a seperate buckle or loose belt strap for next order.

BAGS

Of which material are the bags made from ?
Depending of the collections , the leathers can vary, but in general soft prime quality vintage look antique looking cow leathers.
Same counts for our Wallets collections.

Classic collections Jewelery

Of which material are the classic jewellery made of ?
All our collections are silver or 14 krt gold plated, anti allergic and without nickle.
Platings very with every collections made by us. Like satin plated, High glossy plated, antique plating etc....
All of our classic collections jewellery are handmade in The netherlands and combined with vintage glass or acrylic stones, silk,beads and other materials we find on our journeys.
As for the soldering and plating , all our soldering and plating is done in our workshops in Spain and Italy.

Casual Collections

Which leather are you using for the bracelets and cuffs?
All our leather used in the Casual collections are prime Calfskin leather .
We use the best material to work with and mix a lot of materials which we collect from all over the world.

How long does it last before I receive my order?
Depending of the collection and item, delivery lasts between 3 days -1 week If the item is on stiock. If not in stock , it can vary per item from 2-8 weeks.
Always inform through email about the order you want to make , so one of our Agents/Distributors can awnser you .

How to contact an Agent/Distributor in my Country/Area ?
Depending in which country your shop -organisation is based , you can contact your local agent/distributor.
If we do not have an active agent/distributor , we can serve you from our head office in the Netherlands.

Shipping

How do you ship my order?
We work with TNT Express for export because it is safe.
You can use TNT economy express ( within usually 3-7 working days) or TNT Global Express which is more expensive, but delivery within 1-2 days.
In the Netherlands we work with TNT regular mail services.
If you have your own forwarder/shipper, we need your customer number, so we can use your own details for shipping.
But as every order is different, please contact one of our agents or our head office to inform for your personal conditions.

Can you customize my order to my wishes?
Or otherwise, can you design my own collection with my own brandname ?
In some cases we do, as for Karl Lagerfeld, Eva Devine and other designers who work with us .
We have the capability and possibility to help you design your own bags, wallets, jewellery or other fashion accessories .
Please contact our head office or your local distributor for your conditions .

How do I pay for my order?
All orders have to be paid by bank transfer to one of our accounts.
For our terms and conditions concerning payments, please contact your local agent in your country or our head office in The Netherlands per email .

How can I receive a pricelist?
You can receive your pricelist through email.
Which means that we need your contact details and email adress to be able to send you the pricelists you are looking for.

Can I receive a pricelist in USD?
Yes, you can ! Please email us for the pricelist in USD.

WAITZ Story

Dutch designer, Jan Willem Waitz, started WAITZ DESIGN in 2002 in Spain (Marbella), as a couture costume jewellery company.
From Spain WAITZ DESIGN developed a worldwide customer base with global agents/distributors and through international exhibitions.
In time, WAITZ DESIGN developed CASUAL and CLASSIC fashion accessories collections twice per year to serve its international customer base.
WAITZ DESIGN blends all kind of materials in her designs which gives an unique look to their designs.
All materials are collected through travel around the world, like silk, leather, wood, porcelain, silver,gold,semi precious stones, vintage glass stones, Swarovski etc.
As from december 2009 WAITZ DESIGN opened her head office and design studio in the Netherlands to serve her customers worldwide.
WAITZ DESIGN is growing day by day worldwide and creates many different fashion accessories, which are appreciated for it's originality and quality.

WAITZ uses only high quality materials in all the designs.
Inspired by travel all our collections are being produced with craftsmanship, passion and devotion in our head design-studio in the Netherlands.
Jan Willem Waitz designs 2 collections a year for the WAITZ fashion label.
At this moment, we are one of the leading trendsetters with our collections, like prime quality supersoft cow and sheep leather jackets, belts, bags, wallets, watches, jewellery and so on.
WAITZ designed as a studio also for other big fashion houses, like LAGERFELD GALLERY from Karl Lagerfeld (designer for CHANEL), in Paris, France.

Also WAITZ designs for other fashion labels unique collections.
Due to the success of our collections, WAITZ DESIGN produces every 6 months new collections.

As an extra activity WAITZ Design specializes into design, sourcing, production and delivery for customers that desire to start with smaller quantities as a ‘’private label’’ . As we have a large experience in ‘’private label’’ , we therefore can assist our customers to obtain the best result.

We develop mid to high range of exclusive collections of leatherwear, like leather jackets, leather bags, wallets, leather stationary etc..

Also fashion jewellery , as we know to develop unique collections , that makes the difference to get the unique look. We help to let brands grow , the same way as we do it for own brand. Brand name change WAITZ DESIGN

In november 2010 DUTCHI DESIGN changed in brand name into WAITZ DESIGN.
As many brand names are spelled similar, we decided to change our brand name into WAITZ DESIGN.
Jan Willem Waitz (Mr. WAITZ), worked for famous designers as Lagerfeld Gallery (Karl Lagerfeld) in Paris and also designed for Eva Devine in Spain and Tina Hermansen in Norway.

As WAITZ DESIGN is an experienced fashion designers label, we are capable of designing fashion collections for other brands or retailers.

With the best quality leathers that are available in the market, WAITZ designs bags therefore are not only great gifts , but they are strong enough to use for a long durable time .
They are already beautiful in look, and stay for sure the most used bag , as they become even more beautifull the longer you wear it.
We use a lot of oil-pull leather , the most expensive leather , but very strong leather quality that guarantees you a very long satisfaction on our bags.
Of course we also use lamb leather , not the cheapest either, but only the best is good enough for our customers.

Leather Belts
Our WAITZ designer belt collections are definately original and stylish.
As we use so many different materials in our belts collections, we are unique with our collections . Urban, Native Indian, Western , Hip or Classic, you name it and we have it.
We design many belt variations and use materials which we collect from all over the world.
Thanks to our existing worldwide customers , we are highly appreciated because of our variety in models and designs.
Most of the WAITZ belts are adjustable in lenghts from size 115 cm/46 inches upto 70 cm /28 inches. Because of our very easely self adjustable system, all customers can adjust themselves into any desired lenghth.
There are a few exclusive models only (because of the complicated designs, where we only have a few sizes available.
All belts are made of superior italian calfleather.

Bracelets
All WAITZ bracelets are adjustable, as they have 4 buttons, the lenghth of the bracelet is 21 cm / 8.4 inches and adjustable upto size 18 cm / 7.2 inches for smaller ladies wrists.
We also use our models for men, as they are unisex. For men the models are adjustable from 23 cm/ 9.2 inches upto 19 cm/7.6 inches.
The bracelets are made of fine studded superior calf leather.
Each season we add new leathers for new designs.
Our bracelets have a casual stylish image, and are colourfull decorated with rendeer suede, antiqued gold and silver studs, beads, conchos etc. Therefore our bracelets are original, as we like to make many variations for different tastes .

Necklaces
For the casual necklaces our necklaces or chokers are designed in the same way as our pendants collections.
As for the Classic collections, the necklaces have a more urban and classic luxioury appearence , and are made with swarovski, silk and vintage stones.

Pendants
For this collection, the WAITZ pendants are mainly native indian influenced, due to the fact that we are inspired during our travels and use our own creativity and fantasy to create our own designs.
The pendants are made with rendeer suede and decorated with many materials , as beads, gold or silver dipped charms, turquoise or coral etc... actually, they decoration is unlimited and therefore unique.
The styles change each year.
Ethnic and urban influences will always appear in the WAITZ brand. We just do what we like , and translate culture inspiration into our own style.

The wallets are made with nice and smooth top quality leathers. Decorated with studs,beads, coins etc..
Most of all so original and comfortable to use .
