What will be the shipping cost of my order?

Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Over sized and dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges. Shipping charges are billed at actual.

All orders are shipped FOB from Marbella, Spain warehouse. Freight charges are base Returns
Requests for returns must be made to our Customer Service Department within 10 business days of receipt of your order. We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.

Please Note: Freight charges for all of authorized returns will be the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee will also be assessed. If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the driver to make note of such damage or shortage on the delivery log, or you may lose your right to make claim with the delivery company. Claims for shortages in packing must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. 

What is the minimum amount for an online order?

The minimum for an online order is 300 Euro.

When do online orders get processed?

Online orders are processed within 72-96 hrs. and our Customer Service Center is available Monday - Friday 10.00am – 18.00pm GMT .

Delivery time depends if the item is on stock or has to be produced.

How will I be able to track my order?

Within 48-72 business hours of placing an order you will receive conformation via email an appropriate tracking number and expected delivery date for your order. (Ex. Submitted order Friday, should ship following Wednesday.)

Also you can use your own forwarder to ship your goods , in that case we only need your account number and will arrange shipping with your forwarder.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We do not accept P.O. Boxes as valid shipping addresses
